Accommodation at Saltmarsh House
The accommodation comprises of twelve single bedrooms, some with en-suite facilities. All the rooms are bright, cheerful and tastefully decorated, although you are encouraged to bring your own home comforts with you. All rooms have a call system and there is a custom made stair lift which links all floors.
We have a large lounge area, with all new seating, a music centre and a television, it also has an area where you are able to play games, do some writing or painting. The dining room leads off from the lounge, and this is where lunch is served.
There is also a large conservatory, which looks out over the rear garden and pond.
We have a large kitchen area, where all the meals are prepared and cooked by our highly qualified staff. All ingredients are sourced form local suppliers and all diets can be catered for.
All our staff are highly qualified and Saltmarsh House has a robust training policy working closely with Skills for Care and SECAS. Our care team won second place in the Care Team of the Year ran by Hampshire Care in 2006 and again in 2007.
